Shipping policy

Every GOAdamo order ships free with full tracking.

Processing and delivery

Please allow 2–4 weeks for crafting and delivery. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipping method

All orders ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited, with tracking from dispatch to delivery.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address. If you need to change your address, email us as soon as possible at goadamo.com@gmail.com.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, carrier or customs delays may extend delivery. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, contact us and we'll look into it.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
